SH : rithic, they have been picking up since April 99 no chance of it going down
SH : now.
Ashwa: Why have u chosen Powai, as it is neither closer to Central nor western
SH : ashwa...powai...we chose it as far back as 1983, felt it had good potential
Hemant2000: What do you think Sir, India would reach where computer science is concerned by the end of this year?
SH : hemant... software and It enabled biz has a great future , even we are looking into it.
Ashwa: Mr S Hiranandani, didn't you anticipate the access problem
SH : ashwa.... no land with out problems, also affordability and large enough for a township
Hemant2000: Sir, have you been using computer software programmers in erection of your construction work
SH : hemant... We are developing cad cam software for BOM and also for supply chain management and customer relationship management
rithic: I believe you are planning to start a school at thane .... have there been other schools that you have started ???
SH : rithic, school in thane is already started , also will be expanding the powai school
Hemant2000:Do you build houses only for the upper class, what about people like us who draw Rs. 7000 per month, where do we go?
SH : Thane is Rs 1400 per sq2 ft just voted the cleanest township in India, also new Bombay is Rs 1250
